• This timeframe may vary during periods of high demand (holidays, launches, promotions).
• You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.

We primarily use reputable carriers such as:

• or other delivery services depending on the address and type of shipment.
Delivery to Canada
• Delivery times generally vary between 3 and 10 working days , depending on the destination.
• Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout.
International delivery
• International delivery is available for certain countries.
• Fees and processing times vary depending on the destination.
• Customs duties, taxes or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Package tracking
• Some orders include a tracking number, depending on the carrier chosen.
• If tracking is available, you will receive it by email as soon as it is shipped.
Incorrect or incomplete address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address.
BaiFlora cannot be held responsible for the packages:
• delayed,
• lost,
• or returned due to an incorrect address.
In case of return to sender, reshipping fees may apply.
Loss, theft or damage
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, BaiFlora is no longer responsible for delays, losses, thefts or damages caused during delivery.
If you receive a damaged package:
• Contact us within 48 hours ,
• with a photo of the product and packaging.
We will examine the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Modifications or cancellations
An order can only be modified or cancelled if it has not yet been processed or shipped .
